Corrosive gas can easily cause components to be corroded and deteriorated, causing poor contact or short circuits between components, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Precision CNC turning machines should be kept away from equipment with high vibration, such as punching machines and forging equipment.

In order to avoid the influence of large power fluctuations (greater than ±10%) and possible instantaneous interference signals, the numerical control equipment generally adopts dedicated line power supply (such as splitting from the low-voltage power distribution room for independent use) or adding a voltage stabilizing device, etc., which can be reduced The influence and interference of power supply quality.

The operating procedures are one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of CNC turning machines, and the operator must operate in accordance with the operating procedures. In the event of a machine failure, the operator should pay attention to keeping the site and truthfully explain the situation before and after the failure to the maintenance personnel, so as to facilitate the analysis and diagnosis of the cause of the failure, and eliminate it in time.

In addition, CNC turning machines should not be sealed for long-term use. After purchasing CNC turning machines, they must be fully utilized, especially in the first year of use, so that the weak links that are prone to failure can be exposed as soon as possible and can be eliminated during the warranty period. When there is no processing task, the CNC turning machines should be energized regularly, preferably 1-2 times a week, and run dry for about 1 hour each time, so as to use the heat generated by the machine tool to reduce the humidity in the machine and prevent the electronic components from being damaged. In case of damp, it can also find out whether there is a battery alarm in time to prevent the loss of system software and parameters.
